Freedom Forever is currently hiring an Asset Control Specialist for our Las Vegas, Headquarters! 
 
About the Role:
As an Asset Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing aging solar projects and supporting operational decisions. This position blends contract expertise, project management, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review dashboards daily to prioritize cases based on urgency, financial impact, and deadlines
  • Analyze solar contracts and system data to guide project decisions
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other teams to remove blockers and align priorities
  • Investigate and resolve issues, escalating when needed
  • Maintain detailed notes and update project statuses in internal systems
  • Respond to high volumes of internal and external inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Monitor service targets and take proactive steps to keep projects on track
  • Deliver solutions and support that exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in solar, project management, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using internal databases and tools
