Pay Range: $20/hr-$22/hr + Benefits 
  
POSITION SUMMARY:   
  
The Dealer Administrator I is responsible for the administrative duties associated with onboarding and compliance of Freedom’s network of third-party Dealers and Sales Representatives. The Dealer Administrator I will be the first to be in contact with new Dealerships and will work to provide a smooth administrative experience for Dealers, both during onboarding and while an active Dealer. The Dealer Administrator I will be primarily responsible for the onboarding of sales representatives within the Dealer network.  
  
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:     
  • Register sales representatives into the Dealer Database
  • Create Freedom and finance logins for all sales representatives
  • Keep Dealer Database and all sales registration up to date
  • Obtain and maintain compliance records including any state specific requirements such as California’s Home Improvement License (HIS)
  • Contact Dealers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Communicate important feedback from dealers internally
  • Works hand in hand with the recruiting and operations team
  • Acts as first point of contact for Dealers and financial partners and maintaining business relationships
  • Creates, organizes and keeps reports up to date
  • Works with other departments to resolve sales rep compliance issues
  • Documents all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing appropriate systems and established company procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
   
  
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:   
   
Education & Certifications:    
  • High School Diploma or GED 
   
Experience:    
  • 1-year administrative experience preferred
   
  
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  
  • Excellent communication, customer service, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent time management and attendance
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Stay up to date with new products and features
