Our team is hiring a Product Education Specialist!

The Product Education Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering educational content to Freedom Forevers network of Independent Authorized Dealers (IADs) and their sales representatives. The Product Education Specialist will continuously create and improve content in Freedoms Learning Management System and Sales Resource Center, as well as coordinate and deliver in-person and webinar education sessions to the IAD network. This person will collaborate closely with a wide range of Freedom team members to effectively manage change and keep Freedoms IADs up to date on the latest information.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop learning modules using the Freedom Forevers Learning Management System
Create and curate content for upload to Freedoms Sales Resource Center
Maintain a calendar of daily training sessions via webinar to a wide audience of Independent Authorized Dealers and Sales Representatives
Conduct targeted in-person educational sessions to specific Independent Authorized Dealers or teams as needed
Act as a resource and subject matter expert on a wide range of topics, including internal policies and best practices, Freedoms systems and technology assets, financing requirements and policies, and general solar knowledge, among others
Monitor and evaluate training programs and modules to ensure they are current and effective
Engage in clear communication to ensure information is received and understood by the audience
Large emphasis on demonstrated application of material
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
2-3 years of related work experience in a solar sales or operations setting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Critical thinking and quantitative skills, must be comfortable analyzing data
Project management experience
High emotional intelligence or social/self-awareness
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strategic and creative mindset, with a meticulous attention to detail
Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs and other communication tools
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional and effective manner, both verbally and written
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as a team member
Ability to travel within the United States as needed
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs and other communication tools
