POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Assessor works at the direction of the Account Management Supervisor, providing service and support to Freedoms network of Third-Party Dealers and Sales Representatives via Project intake assessments, a Project task queue, and a Project ticket queue. The Account Assessor is responsible for maintaining an accurate pre survey Scope of Work, managing projects with a CRM, and maintaining project viability through regular account reviews. In addition to project assessments, the Account Assessor also acts as a conduit to Freedom Forever Operations and Field Operations, by communicating or creating additional action items for various stakeholders. A successful Account Assessor demonstrates excellent attention to detail, transposes data accurately and provides clear direction for Freedom Sales partners when project documentation, contract or finance requisites have not been met at project submission or once the Scope of Work has been published.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Display a basic understanding of Solar, required documents, contract and finance requirements
  • Accurately scrub data from new deals submitted by Freedom Sales Partners
  • Examine contracts and finance information to ensure accuracy
  • Verify Property Ownership
  • Manage Missing Paperwork to ensure all required documents are received, accurate and uploaded
  • Document additional project costs properly within the Freedom CRM
  • Maintain an accurate project activity status by determining when a project should be halted immediately after site survey
  • Synthesizes complex project issues into clear resolution options for Sales Representatives
  • Escalates complex issues or approvals to assigned Account Management Supervisor
  • Track performance against daily, weekly and monthly KPI goals
  • Calculates project expenses accurately
  • Must be familiar with all financing products, equipment, pricing, utility and state requirements
  • Review and modify sold scope of work data against Finance Company requirements
  • Perform duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
  • High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
  • 1+ Year of Operations Experience preferred
  • 1+ Year operating within a CRM or Project Management Software preferred
  • 1+ Year of Accounting or Contract/Document review experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule- including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are required
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other communications equipment (i.e. phone, instant messaging, video conferencing, email, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional and effective manner, both verbally and written
  • A perpetual focus on operational excellence and ability to persevere in an occasionally high stress environment
  • Maintain tact and professionalism when dealing with difficult/irate people and those in stressful situations
  • Follow written and verbal directions, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions

  • Basic clerical and typing skills.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.)
If required to travel, must have a valid CA Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
