The Branch Coordinator role will be responsible for assisting the Operation Manager in running the day-to-day operations while overseeing the inspection process of the solar installations. The primary focus is to maintain inspection excellence and ensure all projects are being completed on time.    
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:    
  • Manage project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed
  • Audit schedules to ensure the calendar is up-to-date and accurate
  • Works with Managers to prepare and update progress schedules
  • Actively communicate daily reports and updates in Podio
  • Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees
  • Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with Branch office
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Coordinate with departments on a daily basis
  • Perform other duties required
  • Develop and map out timely, efficient work schedules
  • Review field reports and department reports
  • Track, complete and manage tasks related to each progress
  • Receive/make phone calls, log calls and enter data
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding solar process
Qualification Requirements    
  • 2-4 years of solar administrative experience
  • Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Excellent telephone skills required
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Must have outstanding follow-through
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
Physical demands and abilities    
  • Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
  • Regularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computer
  • Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
  • Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
  • Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand
  • Regularly understand the speech of another person
  • Frequently work in on projects that require deadlines
  • Frequently bend to file and maintain files
  • Occasionally lift 5-50 pounds
