Pay Range: $24/hr-$30/hr (DOE) + Benefits
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Inspection team in running the day-to-day operations for the Inspections department. The Inspection Coordinator is to make sure all the parts that are required to progress a project are done on time, keeping quality and safety in mind at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage & track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed
Works with Managers to prepare and update progress schedules
Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees
Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with the assigned department
Resolve customer complaints or concerns
Coordinate with departments on a daily basis
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications:
High School Graduate or GED
Experience:
1 year of solar experience preferred
2+ years of administrative experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management
Excellent organizational skills required
Excellent telephone skills required
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent customer Inspection skills required
Discretion and confidentiality
Must have outstanding follow-through
Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
