Position Summary

We’re Freedom Forever, a Solar company known for quality and innovation, and we’re hiring a detail-oriented person to join our team as an Inspection Coordinator.

As a member of our branch operations team, you’ll coordinate customer inspections and will contribute to running day-to-day operations for the Inspections Department.

Job Duties:

  • Manage & track project deliverables and timelines and communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with managers to prepare and update progress schedules
  • Assist in the daily production goals for the branch and employees
  • Monitor the progress of all projects associated with the department
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Coordinate relevant information with corresponding departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, communication and follow-through skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
  • Able to use office equipment and computers for extended periods of time 
  • Solar industry and/or inspection scheduling experience is a plus
  • Comfortable with discretion and confidentiality
  • Maintain a valid state driver’s license
