Day in the Life:

As a Junior Counsel Litigation, you will play a vital role in our legal department, assisting in various litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including contract disputes, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. You will collaborate with senior attorneys, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in trial preparations, and other duties assigned. Your work will directly contribute to protecting our company's interests and ensuring our commitment to ethical practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school; superior academic credentials preferred
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Member in good standing of the Florida State Bar
• At least 3 years of experience in litigation, breach of contract actions is plus
• Strong academic record with a focus on litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• Passion for renewable energy and commitment to sustainability
